What we actually changed:

🛠 Brand new server files — a modern, updated 2026 build
🚫 Removed rarity / rarity-change system — that 30% item boost was wrecking PvP, gone for good
⚔️ PvP rebalanced from scratch — the player wins, not the gear
🐉 PvM viable with ALL races — the level 140 cap makes it possible
⚖️ 6/7 bonus: REMOVED, for now — a choice made for balance
⚗️ Alchemy from level 130, PvP-only — up to 130 everyone grinds on equal footing
🎯 Level cap 140 — heading toward the legendary 280, with a sequel in the coming years
🧹 Clean server — full reset, EVERYONE starts from zero, healthy economy from day one

I handed over the management to other people. And without any drama, without naming names — that's not the point and never will be — I discovered over time that I was being cheated by the very people around me: items sold for real money, stuff traded under the table. I tried to contain it, but it wasn't manageable anymore. I tried to clean up the items, and I know this wasn't well received by the community: for that, I'm sorry. It wasn't against you, but the timing and the way it was done were wrong, and the responsibility is mine.

Through all this I never stopped working: I was building a new project — a game of our own, whose trailer you'll see soon. Time wasn't enough for everything, and I chose wrong: I left alone the community I've shared everything with since 2011. I regret that, and I'm here to make it right the only way I know: starting from zero, together.

Today I'm announcing IMPERIAWORLD 3.0. A total reset. A clean server, from the ground up, run like in 2011: by me.

it's Azeroth. Not a staff announcement, not a press release: it's me, and this time I want to talk to you the way we talked in 2011, when it all began.

2011. When I opened ImperiaWorld I had one rule, and I never broke it: never give the implementor access to anyone. Never trust anyone. Everything went through my hands. With that rule, and with you, we built a server with 300,000 registered accounts. An era that no one who was there ever forgot.

Then the shutdown. The years from 2019 to 2023 were years of regret: I missed this world, I missed you. So at the end of 2023 I reopened, and that started the journey that brought us to where we are today, in 2026.

And here I made the biggest mistake of my history: I broke my own rule. I trusted someone.
